We looked at the Daniel Stowes Botanical Gardens which is about 30-45 minutes away from here in Belmont. It is so pretty!

I am going to be having my reception at The Palmer Building off of east seventh street in Charlotte. I would be having my ceremony there as well, but my fiance is Catholic and must be married in a church. I had a friend get married there and it was absolutely beautiful. She also had the reception there as well. I found them to be much more reasonable than most places in Charlotte. They have beautiful restored wooden floors as well as a beautiful working stone fire place. Definitely check it out! Hope that helps!
