We offer Catering, Cakes & Desserts, Bar Services, Chocolate Stations, Floral, Centerpieces, Photography, DJ/Band, Vocalists, Instrumentalists, Ice Sculptures, Tables, Chairs, Chair Covers, Linens, Hair & Makeup, Consulting, Directing, Invitations, Gifts for Attendants, & Honeymoon and Travel Packages. All of the services are done in-house.

With over 12 years of experience, and with the most current styles and highest quality items, we are able to offer an "all-inclusive" style wedding. For any special event from a luau with smoking Tiki Men to a formal wedding for 500, we have the experience and items to make it happen.

We know every client has a different vision for their event, so we meet with each client, discuss their style and tastes, then assist in directing them with every need they have. The one-stop shopping is a relief to most clients, who feel overwhelmed taking on such an important project. Most clients have both limited time and resources to handle such an event and are thrilled to come to one place to process all their needs.

Welcome to the 1812 Hitching Post! You won’t find another place like the 1812 Hitching Post anywhere. It’s 18-room main house and 26 private acres of grounds is the only authentic antebellum plantation in the foothills of North Carolina dedicated exclusively to weddings and receptions.

At the 1812 Hitching Post, we take care of practically everything you need for your ceremony and/or reception including:

Award winning photography and videography with storybook wedding album options

DJ and sound system delivery for ceremony and reception

Complete party planning including coordination and execution of your wedding plan so you can relax and enjoy your celebration

Christian minister to officiate your ceremony, if needed
